We offer two ways to access expert menopause care

care plan
Recommended
Personalised plan
For women needing expert guidance and on-going support for your symptoms.
What’s included
Your first 45 min doctor appointment
Your first appointment lasts 45 minutes so you can feel heard, and not rushed. Generally, when women start or adjust menopause treatment, progress needs to be monitored and it can take time to find what works for you. Follow up appointments are online. These are generally recommended every 3 months, as prescription medications are reviewed and adjusted every 3 months. When you book your follow-up it will trigger your next 3 month payment cycle
Prescribed medication delivered to your door (optional)
Your prescription will be issued after your initial appointment. Our all-in-one plans cover up to £90 of your prescription, renewed after each appointment every 3 months. For the majority of patients, this will cover their prescriptions entirely and there will be no additional costs. We ship the medication within 24 hours. See our full medication price list here. If you choose a care only plan, medication is not included and the monthly cost is £69.
Responsive one-to-one clinician messaging
You will have access to a clinician 5 days per week for responsive text messaging, to answer any questions between your appointments. These are not in replacement of your follow-up, these are to put your mind at ease.

Our plans include a care coordinator on hand to answer any questions and help book your appointments. Our plans also include one-to-one support sessions with our menopause mentor Jane if and when needed. Read more about Jane.

Access to expert-led webinars
Ran by our menopause specialists each month, you can expect to learn more about your hormones, what your symptoms might mean, tips on managing them, whilst also connecting with a community of women going through a similar stage in life.

Messaging
Responsive one-to-one clinician messaging

You will have access to a clinician five days a week for responsive text messaging, providing reassurance and answers to any questions between appointments. While this doesn’t replace your follow-up consultations, it offers ongoing support to put your mind at ease.

You can also benefit from one-to-one non clinical peer support from our Mentor Jane, she is there if you have non clinical questions, need reassurance or a friendly ear.

Ongoing Support
  • Follow-up appointments are online and typically recommended every 3 months to review and adjust treatment
  • When you complete a follow-up appointment you will start a new 3-month payment cycle, as the cost of your appointment and support is spread over 3 months

In-person appointments

If you prefer to see a specialist in-person, some of our doctors offer appointments in clinics across the UK. There is no difference between what is covered in an appointment online or in-person, and we typically have more appointment availability online. As part of our all-in-one plans, you can choose to have your first appointment in person. However, follow-up appointments are offered online only. Explore our clinic locations here.

Working with your GP

Throughout your care, we provide detailed clinic letters that can be shared with your GP or other healthcare providers, empowering you to choose the best path for your menopause care.

Other care plan benefits

You may be recommended a blood test after your consultation to help rule out other possible causes for your symptoms and assess your hormones. All-in-one plan patients receive 50% off blood tests at Randox or Goodbody clinics.
